#SPORT: EPL: Triumphant Reds better than disastrous Reds.

The final day of the round of fixtures for the English Premier League saw Liverpool serve as an host to West Ham United but the accommodation was  not to be a hospitable one.
The highly rated Egyptian Mohammed Salah struck early in the game for liverpool in the 19th minute after He cooly tapped in a cross from Andrew Robertson. Sadio Mane made it two just before half-time after the West Ham defenders failed to react to what was supposed to be a wasted cross from Andrew Robertson.

The Second half brought some interesting interplays which resulted in Sadio Mane's controversial goal which was clearly offside but hey, Liverpool Fans could care less.  In the 87th minute, Mohammed Salah was substituted for Daniel Sturridge before a corner-kick was taken and Daniel Sturridge took it upon himself to reward the Manager's decision of sending him to play as he scored from the corner-kick.

His goal rounded off an eventful match as Liverpool bagged a whooping 4-0 victory over West Ham who were a shadow of themselves even after the appointment of a new manager,Manuel pellegrini.

Southampton played a dull draw with burnley making it seem as if they were not ready to start the season just like students who were woken when the dreams started becoming interesting.

Arsenal and Manchester city were the last teams to play after eventful matches of day one which produced a total of 23 goals. Arsenal were in their traditional Red and White Jerseys and a feeling of optimism could be sensed round the Club because of the appointment of a new manager, Unai Emery. It was not to be a fairy tale for the Arsenal faithfuls as Raheem Sterling of Manchester City capitalized on a mediocre defending from Arsenal and gave Manchester City the lead.

The second half produced another goal after a wonderful strike from Manchester City's Bernado Silva beat Petr Cech to seal what seemed to be an easy victory for Manchester City.

The new managers of West Ham United and Arsenal have to gather their troops in their numbers against the upcoming games as all eyes will be on them to respond to their defeats.
