Oau Kilonshele News Outfit can authoritatively ascertain that Omole Ibukun's tactical suspension has met its end today as the student's eportal which has been closed for more than eight months will be opened in some hours to come before the day ends. On Saturday Night, 24th of September, representatives of an unknown Students Welfare Committee clashed with Annadiva and some other conscious students in Mozambique hall over price regulation lists. The self-acclaimed Students Welfare Committee allegedly formed during an unknown public meeting at Awo Cafe few weeks back clashed with Annadiva of Mozambique hall after the earlier went to Mozambique hall to paste printed copies of investigated regulated prices to stand as the status quo for the current inflated prices of goods in butteries while some copies were removed by the later for comparison with the butteries' price tags. Earlier this morning, a disheartening rumour was circulating around hostels breaking the death of sunday night accident victims to students. OAU kilonshele News Outfit explicitly debunks such rumour and tags it as barbaric and callous as these victims are alive and responding to treatments. As confirmed by a source who made a visit to the hospital yesterday, it has been reliably reported that the victims of saturday night horror, both the bikeman and student are still alive and responding well to treatments. It was added that the bikeman has been discharged to resume tomorrow, Friday 16th for his medical operations. The student is moving his leg showing sign of response to treatments. Congress to be re-held in different faculties today 15-09-2016 Obafemi Awolowo University Congress to re-hold today in diverse faculties on campus to elect representatives into the Electoral Commission to conduct free and fair election for the upcoming Students' Union election as commanded by the Division of Students Affairs. The directive to re-conduct another congress was due to the discrepancies and irregularities that surfaced in the previous conducted congresses. OAU shuts down Mosques adversely 2nd of September, 2016 On a holy day such as this when the peaceful Muslim students of this great nation in Obafemi Awolowo University gathered together to pray as one in the Central Mosque, a circular alleged to have come from the Division of Students ' Affairs as signed by Mrs Akinola, the Acting Dean designates the closure of two major students' Mosques in Fajuyi and Awolowo halls respectively.
