10 tips for finding life balance in school by Randall S Hansen

1. Set Realistic Goals. Finding balance probably starts with setting realistic goals for yourself. If you set goals that are too high, you'll end up wearing yourself out, feeling frustrated and disappointed in yourself for not achieving your goals. If you set your goals too low, you'll have too much time on your hands and feel empty when you achieve your goals. The goals you set should be a bit of stretch, but not so much that you can't achieve them. Consider setting goals for yourself -- not only for your academics, but for other aspects of campus life. And remember not to let others influence your goals. 2. Learn to Study Effectively. Your education at college involves more than countless hours of studying, so learn how you best study and prepare for exams -- and then adjust your schedule accordingly. Spending too much time studying can actually lead to burn-out and produce a negative impact on your academic performance. Too little studying and/or cramming can also

The impeachment saga: Oau kilonshele unveils hidden facts

*The impeachment saga: Oau kilonshele unveils hidden facts.* Wednesday 18th of January 2017 *What we know* The ASRC (Accounting students representative council) of the Nigeria University of Accounting Students Association OAU last week impeached their executive President in person of Jon Sunday Akpan based on allegations of 5000 fraud from the visit to Unibadan zoo in August 2016 as one of the treats to welcome freshers fully into the department. As gathered, on getting to the zoo, the visiting party headed by John Akpan was asked to pay 15,000 for entrance which was bargained and reduced to 10,000. Mr John Akpan as supported by the other executives found another pressing use for the 5000 excess instead of remitting it to the Budget and finance committee as the financial statement records 15,000 as the paid entrance fee into the zoo. Sold out, Mr John Akpan was impeached for lack of transparency and not fraud. The Executive arm of the department, some students (as interview
