FOUR WAYS TO AID THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE BRAIN.

Image
Brain, they say, is the engine room that differentiate human reasoning; as such, it requires some 'oiling' to reduce the level of its 'friction'. Though, humans only use 10% of their brain capacity, there are still some safety precautions that must be noted to have them it shape.     Firstly, though our society doesn’t support, breakfast must be taken seriously by every individual. You might want to ask how meals affect Brain functionality? Apart from the psychological reasons attached, which the stomach sends some signals to the brain which makes the individual feels hungry; it should be noted that the body is a system: the lapses of one could affect the other. The only way to fuel the brain is by having to eat something. You don’t start a new day on empty stomach. The level at which the brain works will be stressful because there is absence of a propelling fluid. What of those who fast? you may ask. That is why it’s advisable to take at least a cup of water

HOW BAD VENTILATION OPENS BAD DOORS.

Image
Major consideration is given to cross ventilation only when we talk of suffocation; but many other harms are also caused to the body and the environment through little or no cross ventilation.     In big cities, where we have congestion of people, house are built mouth to mouth, which makes it possible for someone to jump from a building to another; do you think it's possible to have fresh air? Same also in rural areas, because of their low standard and willingness to increase their income, they prefer to manage their lands to build shops close to their houses, at the detriment of their lives; do we say the devil is at work when we suffocate to death at night?       Similarly, students also make use of their windows as a shoe rack; blocking the blessing and the soothing cozy breeze from enchanting their body while asleep in hostels; do we also blame the management for those plights?    Ignorance they say, is a disease: but what do we call the enlightened who still think

SOCIAL MEDIA AND EFFECTS.

Unlike in the 80s and 90s when people were majorly informed through the print media (News papers, magazines...),  social media now does that faster and easier.          Apart from the informative function, it plays a great role in people's everyday life.  In a world where social media has become so important and is used every single day,it is almost impossible to stay away from it.      A recent study shows that about Ninety percent of young adults are involved in some sort of social media network. In addition, the top four most used social media sites are Facebook, which has been the top platform for years now; Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter .    Social media helps you link up with people all over the world.  These platforms provide users with immediate answers to questions, news and gossip. People have more contact with their mobile device, rather than talking to one another. The vastness of social media ensures that there is no control on the scope of information.
