FOUR WAYS TO AID THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE BRAIN.



   Brain, they say, is the engine room that differentiate human reasoning; as such, it requires some 'oiling' to reduce the level of its 'friction'. Though, humans only use 10% of their brain capacity, there are still some safety precautions that must be noted to have them it shape.

    Firstly, though our society doesn’t support, breakfast must be taken seriously by every individual. You might want to ask how meals affect Brain functionality? Apart from the psychological reasons attached, which the stomach sends some signals to the brain which makes the individual feels hungry; it should be noted that the body is a system: the lapses of one could affect the other. The only way to fuel the brain is by having to eat something. You don’t start a new day on empty stomach. The level at which the brain works will be stressful because there is absence of a propelling fluid. What of those who fast? you may ask. That is why it’s advisable to take at least a cup of water early in the morning and before taking any meal at all.

   Also, observing period of rest is also highly imperative to our brain functionality. From the perspective of students, who tend to do lot of things at the same time. Majorly all student engaged in a reading style named Crash reading; where they saddled the brain with too much stuffs and content at the same time. Some even go to the extent of having vigils to exam hall, so to cover larger work area. Those acts cause a lot of damage to the brain, which in turn might be a bigger problem. The brain needs at least 6-8 hours of rest in a day. Medical practitioners advised that a very soft pillow, that will lift the head a bit, would be better.

Coupled with that, the level of Drug Abuse should also be reduced. Majorly all youth take some drugs for the pleasure of it, or for some other reasons which they aren’t aware of some uncommon side-effect to the human system. Drug abuse doesn’t start from the intake of cocaine, marijuana, etc; but use also with the excessive usage of some drugs like Coffee, Nescafe, Viagra etc. The frequent intake of this so called little drugs, psychologically conditions the brain to its forms, which makes it difficult or rather impossible for the body to exist without the intake.

    In taking bathe every morning and to avoid Brain damage, you don’t pour the first water from the Head down, but from the limbs or other part of the body. if well noted that at the pouring of water to on the body, the body makes some vibrations, which helps to change the body temperature before it gets to the brain. if poured on the head, it destabilize the whole system, because the brain temperature and then body react on a different ground.

     In conclusion, though Brain damages can be treated, but its 100% effectiveness can’t be assured. Making the right choices at this tender age is really of good benefit.
