One Other Arrested as Law enforcers invade Awolowo Hall

On Thursday noon, a set of investigative team and Law enforcement agents trooped to Awolowo Hall of Residence with a yet-to-be-identified occupant and student of the institution arrested.

As gathered by OAU KILONSHELE, the investigative team made their way alongside the earlier arrested Awolowo Hall of Residence Chairman, Timi Godsent handcuffed, on surveillance to the hall's secretariat.

While on departure at the porter's lodge, an occupant of the hall was caught with a mobile phone video-clipping the scene and was equally apprehended and whisked away.

An earlier arrest was made as reported by media outlets withholding two suspecting OAU students in Law enforcement agent's custody in a crime alleged of a beaten-to-death final year student of the institution on allegation of stealing a phone.

Recall the University management in its press release on Tuesday condemning the act that led to the death of the deceased stated the incident has been reported to the police for further investigation with a committee set up to unravel the circumstances that led to the incident.
