Appreciate your individual differences and knowledge” he said

“The mission of this conference is to grow and develop African role models. You cannot be a role model if you are not seen at the top, you must be a leader. Leadership is not a position that you hold, it all about adding values and impacting. We want to build you as schooled graduates, not just a graduate. You can’t bring new ideas if you cannot kill the old one” he added

Another speaker, Mrs. Crystal Chigbu of Irede foundation, as well contributed, narrating how life treated her from childhood to adulthood.

“I live in a society where woman cannot talk. The experience you gather in life is not a waste but useful in your journey in life. Life always throw different bones at you, accept it and be focused that you can subdue those bones. The experience you have a times determine your success.” She said.

In his lecture, Mr. Remi Dairo started by an idea of productivity and gave the audience some pathways in which they can exhibit their internal abilities, their passion.

"one's background does not determine one's success or failure."

“Background does not have any right to put your back on the ground, you must be focused that is when your passion will be actualized. If you like what you do, find a passion it. Your today determine you tomorrow” the Abeokuta born said
