However, today, 16th December, witnessed a moment of confusion among students as the expected kick-off did not materialize.  Lawal Olanrewaju   The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers Students Association has declared Ademiluyi Desire the winner of the election that was held in the department on Friday, 16th December.  Ademiluyi Daniel Desire (Desire-Desire) emerged as the winner over Aiyepegba Ebunoluwa Oluwadamilola ( TOPAZ) with 51 votes and last, Osho Fayokunmi Joshua ( Hon Fayorr) scored 30 votes.
