Great Ife Decides: Presidential candidate Olu Peace, steps down for fellow contestant
Damola Badmos A Presidential candidate from the Faculty of Law, Peace Oyeniyi - Olu Peace in the forthcoming Great Ife Students' Union election slated for Thursday, June 1 has stepped down for one of the contending candidates who emerged from the Faculty of Agriculture, Ojo Abbas Akinremi - Lordfem. In a statement signed by the campaign team for Olu Peace, his decision is as a result of the experience, capacity and human management skills possessed by his fellow candidate. He further attributed the leading candidate and implored his supporters to vote and support him in the race left among 9 other contestants. According to the statement, "Yesterday, I approached you with my Manifesto on why I am the suitable Candidate for the forthcoming elections. However, governance is not restricted to Intellectualism but experience.
