OAU Loses Another Part 2 Student To Illness

A 200-level student, Omoyeni Faith Bukunmi of the Department of Linguistics, Faculty of ART has been reportedly dead after an undisclosed illness. 


According to the President of LALSA, Abidemi Abeeb, the deceased was said to have been battling the undisclosed illness for two weeks before she gave up at the University College Hospital, Ibadan on Monday Afternoon. The president of LALSA said he got the information from a Student who was also admitted to the hospital. 


In his words,  the president of LALSA affirmed that Faith Omoyeni was a student who was dedicated to and diligent in her academics. He added that Faith Omoyeni was a valued member of the Department of Linguistics and Local Languages.  He therefore sends words of condolences to the family of Omoyeni Faith Bukunmi. 


A lecturer from the department, Dr Akinwumi describes the deceased, Omoyeni Faith as a Well-mannered, brilliant, easy-going, courteous, Godly and Brilliant lady.
