NAPSS Presidential Aspirant, ZEE, Meets With Departmental Lecturers Over Students' Academic Challenges

Azeezat Adekanye also know as ZEE, a member of the National Association of Political Science Students OAU chapter, met with lecturers and staffs to discuss the challenging academic lives of all students in the department of political science, OAU.


Speaking with the leadership of the department, Adekanye briefed about academic challenges of students in the department to the lecturers and staffs.


Adekanye maintained in the interactive session that the main course driving her visit to the leadership of the department was strictly to find a way to quickly address the distresses of  students who have one academic problems or the other, from level one (part 1) to the final level (part 4) in the department. This is strictly in the interest of all students, she maintained.


Reacting to the move - the leadership of the department of Political Science, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, gave the assurance to be readily available to the course of all students who have challenges whenever the needs arise

OAU RELEASES FINAL LIST FOR 2017/2018 ADMISSIONS.

Friday, 12th January, 2018. By Olufemi Alfred .O.     In lieu of a recent publication by OAU KILONSHELE about the release of admissions list despite the strike, it has been gathered that Obafemi Awolowo University has submitted the final lists of admitted candidates to the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB) on the 10th of January.     However, JAMB has began the uploading of the names on the Caps  section of the website as about 20 students have been confirmed by OAU KILONSHELE  to have been admitted      All candidates (Direct Entry and JAMB applicants)  , awaiting their names should log on to the JAMB website and check if they have been admitted.

OAU ADMISSIONS MERIT LIST UPLOADED ON JAMB WEBSITE.

      Few days ago, OAU KILONSHELE posted the release of Obafemi Awolowo University merit list for 2017/2018 admissions, it has been confirmed that some of the aspirants have seen their names on  JAMB's website.       Admission status can be viewed on the CAPS section of the website.           Below are the step by step procedures to access JAMB CAPS 1. Visit jamb.org.ng/efacility  preferably using a PC or chrome browser on mobile. 2. Login with the credentials( email and password) you created your jamb account with. 3. After successfully logging in, click on the options button ( the button with 3 dash) at the top of the page. 4. You'll see CAPS under the tag 'Admissions'. Click on it and you'll be taken to the CAPS page. 5. If the page only shows 'welcome', do not be discouraged. Just click on options on your mobile's browser and change the view of the page to 'desktop view'. This is why it's preferable to use a PC. 6.
