The local organising committee of the International Campus Journalism Conference (ICJC) has highlighted six opportunities for the event scheduled for February 2.
According to the a statement issued by the Chairman of the committee, Uthman Samad, which was obtained by OAU KILONSHELE, the participants are advised to pay to enjoy the benefits.
He noted that;
1-First 35 persons that registered for ICJC will be given BudgIT T-shirt .
2- First 40 members to Pay stand a chance to be given Association of Campus Journalists hand band.
3- Conference materials aside ICJC ideally packaged Souvenirs from BudgIT, International Press Centre and ImageMerchant.
4. Certificate of participation signed by the facilitators.
5- Reporting Opportunities and Election observation with over Two news papers
6- Internship opportunities in FCT based media houses.
Mr. Uthman added that the payment of ₦1000 for Non- ACJ members and ₦500 for non- ACJ members closes on 31st of January.

"The Director of International Press Center, Lanre Arogundade will be the keynote speaker of the day while The Director General of Nigerian Broadcasting Commission, Alh. Ishaq Kawu will be the Distinguished Guest of Honour for the day."
The conference is designed to discuss through its panel sessions the branches of journalism.
Gabriel Okeowo of BudgIT and Joshua Olufemi of Premium Times center for Investigative Journalism will facilitate Data journalism and data-related discussions.
Azeezat Adedigba Of Premium Times, Oluseyi Awojulugbe of TheCable and Wale Ajetunmobi of The Nation Newspaper will be dishing the professional contents of Journalism and what print media entails to students journalists.
In the Broadcast category, Seun Okinbaloye of Channels, Ibrahim Shitta of TVC news and Folashade Aduke of RayPower FM will be doing justice to the theme of discourse in relation to the broadcast medium.
