The former Vice President of the Great Ife Students Union, Aworanti Salvation Grace, popularly known as Salvation has given her opinion over the present administration of the Students' Union under the leadership of Abbas Ojo, Lordfem. She advises students to support the Students' Union Leadership in her bid to ensure the students are provided security of lives and properties and better welfare of students on Campus.
Just a few weeks ago, a Facebook user named 'Great Ife Parrot' asked for the opinion of the Students about the start of the Lordfem-Led Administration of the Students Union. The User asked 'Although still at the beginning, What's your opinion about this present Lordfem's Administration of the Students Union?' on his timeline. This question emanates after the Students Union Leadership visit to the Osun State Commissioner of Police in Osogbo. While many left the post unattended, comments under the post seem to be intriguing to students to make a support for the Students Union.
The former Vice president of the Students' Union, Salvation commented on the post and said 'He and the team will do well with our collective support'.
From another Facebook User named 'Adedokun Mujeeb Adeniyi': 'It is too early to judge the administration'. The ASE Part 4 student further stated in a conversation with OAU Kilonshele, that it won't be fair enough to judge a new administration, and the administration should be given some period to settle.
In a conversation with OAU Kilonshele, Salvation confirmed that the students' unwavering support is needed for the good performance of the Students Union Leadership. She elaborates that the students are expected to be supportive, and perhaps trust the leaders to ensure there is a responsive leadership of the Students' Union. 'We really need to learn to trust our leaders, we really do. I expect students including myself, and everyone else to be in support of the Students Union leaders.', she said.
Furthermore, she distanced herself from being a close ally with the present administration while being asked whether she felt any difference between the present administration and the former Administration under Olayiwola Folahan, Reform. Adding that she has no interest in what's going on in the present administration.
