Water Scarcity: We Are Digging Two New Boreholes In Each Halls Of Residence- Dean DSA
Olabode Oluwafemi T he water scarcity being experienced currently in the university community and the recent surface of a snake caught at Mozambique Hall drainage has made the hall executive council troop out in peaceful protest to the Division Of Students' Affairs building in the early hours of Tuesday. The demonstration scene began with the gyration of aluta chorus in the frontal view of the Dean of Students' Affairs office, Prof. Isiaka Aransi, as gathered and witnessed by OAU KILONSHELE correspondent who later made efforts to address the protesting students(HEC). Angola hall chairman, Timileyin Samuel questioned the management's silence after a public notice was disbursed to the university community informing them of the "mechanical fault" with the pumping machine at the dam assuring them of swift action and solution before dusk which later yielded futility as they were thrown into worrisome after 48 hours of the release.
