Health and wellness tips to adopt to improve your concentration
Students are among the busiest people on the planet. In order to avoid falling sick which leads to distractions, here are simple tips to ensure you stay healthy;
1)ESTABLISH A ROUTINE
Routines will improve your self discipline. If you get yourself in the habit of studying, working out and sleeping at certain hours, it will be easier to fit in all the things you need to do. Limit the times you work,give yourself time to rest so you won't fall sick
2)CHOICE OF FOOD
It is easier to grab something quick, but, often times we choose unhealthy food in this situation. Eat breakfast, keep healthy snacks around,drink moderately, eat fruits and veggies and get help for eating disorders
3)AVOID STRESS AND EXERCISE REGULARLY
If you are feeling stressed out make sure you take a break and set aside time to relax.Also,take small amount of time to look after your body, exercise will also increase your productivity while in class and studying
4)SLEEP
If you can spare the time, napping works wonders. Lack of sleep will reduce your ability to concentrate. Make sure you get at least a little sleep before your big test
5)Don't Over-Commit
It's easy to be overcommitted. Manage your time. Expect things to change over time. You will grow and so will the people around you

➡Assert yourself, don't drink and drive, set goals,build on your confidence, avoid illness, get tested,attend informational classes,don't do anything you are not comfortable with.
